These Terms and Conditions govern the use of MK YachtCharter services and website. By accessing our website or booking a yacht, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

• All yacht bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid before departure, as specified in the booking confirmation.

• Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 before the departure date are eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations within 7 of departure are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7.

• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, alternative booking dates may be offered.

4. Yacht Use and Conduct

• The client and all guests must adhere to safety regulations and crew instructions at all times.

• Any damages to the yacht caused by negligence will be charged to the client.

• Illegal activities, including drug use and unauthorized parties, are strictly prohibited.

• MK YachtCharter reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests engage in unsafe or illegal behavior.

5. Liability and Responsibility

• MK YachtCharter is not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients are responsible for securing their own travel insurance.

• We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations but will offer rescheduling options when possible.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• MK YachtCharter reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
